Our MOQ is tiered by binding. Hardcover, PU leather and planners start at 500 pcs per design. Sewn bound, perfect bound and spiral/wire-o start at 1,000 pcs. Exercise books start at 2,000 pcs. Saddle stitch (staple bound) books are the single exception at 10,000 pcs per design, because the unit economics of that construction only work at high volume.

Yes. Each design needs to meet its own MOQ, but any number of designs can be combined into one shipment or container. Most distributor customers order 4-8 designs per container.

Standard pre-production samples take 5-7 working days after artwork and specification are confirmed. Samples involving custom cover materials, special foils or bespoke packaging take 10-15 days.

Bulk production runs 20-30 days after you approve the pre-production sample. Very large education orders, multi-SKU programmes and complex packaging can extend this to 35-45 days. We confirm the exact date in writing before you pay the deposit.

Yes. FSC chain-of-custody paper is available across our full range. Because FSC is now effectively required by the EU Deforestation Regulation and by most large North American retail accounts, we recommend specifying it from the start rather than retrofitting later.

Yes, and this is usually the fastest route to an accurate quote. Send the sample and we will reverse-engineer the full specification — board thickness, paper GSM and shade, binding, cover material, finishing — then quote against it.

Vector files are strongly preferred: AI, EPS or press-ready PDF with fonts outlined, CMYK colour, and 3mm bleed. For foil and deboss we need a separate 100% black vector layer. We can work from high-resolution raster files, but foil and deboss quality will be limited.

Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against the copy bill of lading. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000, and can work through Alibaba Trade Assurance if you prefer platform-held payment.

FOB, CIF and EXW as standard, with DDP available on selected lanes. We ship regularly to South America, North America and the Gulf, and can quote against your nominated forwarder or ours.

Yes. We sign customer NDAs as a matter of routine, and no customer design ever appears in our gallery, catalogue or sales material without written permission.
