Sewn Bound Notebooks
Section sewing stitches folded signatures together with thread before the cover is attached.

Decoration and assembly
Hot foil stamping
Gold, silver, rose gold, copper, holographic and matt pigment foils.
Blind debossing
Recessed logo without ink or foil — the signature premium corporate finish.
Screen printing
1-4 spot colours directly onto PU, cloth or PP covers.
Spot UV & embossing
Raised or gloss-contrast detailing on laminated printed covers.
Edge treatment
Gilt gold or silver edging, colour-sprayed edges, rounded corners.
Accessories
Elastic bands, ribbon markers, pen loops, rear pockets, index tabs, magnetic flaps.
Where books actually fail
Bulk notebook orders go wrong in four predictable places. Each has a dedicated checkpoint on our line.
Paper GSM & shade
Incoming paper verified against the approved sample by weight and shade before cutting.
Printing colour
Press sheets checked against the signed proof at start-up and at intervals through the run.
Binding strength
Pull tests on sewn and glued blocks; coil and staple seating checked on every batch.
Count & packing
Page count, accessory placement, carton count and shipping marks verified at AQL before sealing.
Packed for the container, not just the shelf
Damage in transit is a packing problem, not a shipping accident. We size cartons against pallet and container dimensions so books arrive intact and you are not paying freight on empty space.
